My Service
Providing hardscape material estimates to landscape contractors.
With over 35 years in the building material and landscape supply industries, I have extensive knowledge of the products available and their applications. The labor portion of the estimate will remain with you, the contractor to calculate. I do the take-off for the plant lists and obtain pricing from nurseries of your choice. I am available for site visits and will interact directly with the landscape architect or designer as necessary.
The Process
Plans are sent to me electronically in .pdf format. I use a digitizer for accurate estimating. I keep comprehensive notes on my clients as to their construction techniques and purchasing preferences. I will do my very best to identify product or supply issues before they become a “surprise” you didn’t anticipate.
All estimates and supporting documents will be sent to you in a clear concise electronic format for easy viewing on mobile devices or computers. Estimates get uploaded to a secure Google drive to give you anytime access to the information you need to run your business.
Pricing
Pricing is based per job and depends on the complexity of the project. Typically, projects range from $40.00 to $300.00. I will gladly quote you pricing prior to starting the project. No monthly contracts or long term agreements are required.
My Ideal Customer
Contractors, whose owners are typically spending their day on the job site and not wanting to spend their evenings and weekends doing estimating. My service fills the void for contractors who do not have their own estimating staff, but know their own time can be better utilized by being in front of customers and managing other aspects of their business’s. It also allows for valuable “down time” so they are not constantly working on business.
For landscape designers, landscape architects and facilities staff, I am able to provide budget numbers for materials under consideration.

I have added the role of Northern California Field Representative for Soil Retention products to my duties. Soil Retention manufactures Drivable Grass®, Verdura® Plantable Retaining Walls and Enviroflex® Scour Protection. I provide dealer support and technical assistance to specifiers and contractors.
